Chest PROBLEMS

Hi, i used to carry dumbell on my right hand but left sometimes,the problem is now my man boobs on the right is bigger then left,im scared u know eventhough i do push up everyday,Any SOLUTIONS ?

Focus on your health, not your manboobs! My sis' 24 year old boyfriend is the same height/weight as you, and I keep telling him, just remember soon you won't have manboobs. I'm not trying to trivialize your concern, I know it is very real, but a tiny change in perception (When I am healthy, I will reduce my risk of cancer/diabetes/HBP) and keeping your eye on the prize will make it a fleeting concern. Congrats on your success in carrying weights (I'd drop them on my foot for sure) and revel that you are seeing progress, one manboob at a time!!!0

i agree just focus on working out and eating healthy the weight will come off, anything worth doing takes a long time you will get frustated, but it will happen, they will go away dont worry:)0

If it helps Ladies breasts tend to be uneven too. Like the other saying,, yours will go away.THANKS but my friend,its like not balanced at all for the right one to be bigger then left0
