well done with starting the running, great thing to do. the pain could be due to your body not used to the running and it is putting pressure on parts of the body you nomally wouldnt use. if you feel the pain while running maybe best to walk / jog for a bit then carry on running, hopefully after a few days the pain should…

done a 5.62mile run this morning, managed to get out at 8.00am befoe it got too warm here in the UK. felt good on run managed to do average pace of 9.22per mile. need to think of what runs i can put in this week as school breaks up on friday and i know i am going to have to work over most days.

if you have already set yourself your 1200 cal food for the day but then do exercise and burn say 400 cals, this means your body is only going to have 800 cals, that is why its saying you will go into starvation, like previous you must eat your exercise cals or at least 50% of them

Was supposed to do a run monday but then had to work over so missed that one. Tuesday - 5.31 miles, really pleased with this run average pace was 9.25 per mile, my pace seems to have got a lot better since i have lost weight. Wednesday - hopefully a run, but will probably have to work over again.
