truthfully...I fight to stay under 2000 calories and I eat mostly veggies and protein....I love to eat that is why I came here...luckily being in Afghanistan there are no fast food joints so it is a little bit easier.....I try to burn at least 700 calories per workout but sometimes I just am not feeling the Gym......

5'9 35 years old Male 200lbs set to sedentary and I just add all my workouts and eat the Calories. 2054 My deficit is 500 calories so I usually get around 1600 on my non workout days and 1900 on my workout days depending on how many calories I burn....

I do High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT) 20 seconds of activity/10 seconds of rest for 8 reps. Jumping Jacks/ High Knees/ Pushups/ V's Repeat Sprint on the treadmill at 10. MPH for the same 20/10 for 8 reps by the time I am done I am literally Done.....
