I started at a size 20/22 pant 2x-3x top. My original goal was a size 12, I had no idea what weight I would be at that size. For the most part, I'm now wearing size 14 pants and large to XL tops. But, last weekend, I tried on size 12 jeans/pants and they fit! So, now my new goal is a size 8 pant. We'll see...

I've lost all my weight with WW. I've tried tracking calories only and end up staying the same. With WW, I've steadily lost 2-3 lbs each week.

I've been hesitant to do lower body strength training as my legs are already pretty muscular. I probably should incorporate them into my routine in hopes to help my legs maybe look a little leaner.

I'm not sure what stores you have near you. I got mine at a sporting goods store...Dunham's. I've seen them also at McSport's. I would imagine that D I C K S Sporting Goods has them as well. They also have them on amazon.com, walmart.com...I actually found several site when I was looking online for information

I've done my Wii Zumba a few times. I'm still on the first 20 minute beginner "class." I've worn my bodymedia fit during the 20 minutes and burned about 200 calories. I'm doing WW. I did cancel my online WW subscription a few weeks ago and only did MFP and didn't lose anything. Did that maybe 2 weeks. Went back to WW and have lost 3 lbs this week.

I enter my diary for the day first thing in the morning. If I eat differently, I'll adjust accordingly. It makes it easier for me to plan out my day that way.
