Diet Pills

Many people are on the fence about diet pills-either hate em or love em. I wanted to share my experienc with the one I used during my 35lb weightloss. I used to work at GNC before I became a nurse and I had a lot of customer feedback on diet pills. I decided to give one that they highly recommended a try: OxyElite Pro by USP Labs. Some customers said it made them "dizzy" and "heart raced" and others claimed it was a "miracle pill" and "wonderful." I personally LOVE the brand USP Labs-I used their Jack3d preworkouts and their stuff is pretty legit.
Of course there is no "magic" pill persay, but I did have a LOT of success with this diet pill. I used it for 90 days, no longer. I felt jittery for only the first two days. I truly believe it did speed up my metabolism to increase my fat and calorie burn. They were easy to swallow capsules and actually made me focus better! I now use it here and there as a pre-workout due to the energy, and I would recommend it to anyone who does not have a heart problem since caffeiene can stimulate a heart to beat faster or irregularly with overuse or abuse.
Like I said, its not going to erase the fat, but it gives your body that extra "push." Dont use it longer than recommended, its wise to cycle off. Diet pills-just like ANY pill-can be dangerous if misused.
Good luck!!

I tried OEP, gave a decent energy boost, but didn't think it did much other then that. personally if you are looking at thermogenics, most the of the current supps that you can purchase at GNC/Vitamin Shoppe etc are garbage and things that are proven to aid in weightloss like the EC stack are not for everyone0

Wow... you look fantastic!!! I hope to have abs like that again one day!

I knew a girl who used that pill too she lost weight fast. I'm rather sensitive to caffeine myself so I don't take any. I'm good with my gnc women's active vitamin.
How much caffeine is in the oxyelite pills? One of my friends is thinking about taking them.0 -
100mg per pill0

I started using it around the labor day weekend, so I think it was like September 3rd. Since then, I've already lost a little over 10 lbs. My weight loss had started to really slow down in the month of August. Starting the Oxyelite Pro really seems to have revved things back up. I'm working out the same and eating just as I was before. I take it twice a day...I get up at 4:30 am, so I take my first one then and I take it again around 9-9:30 with a morning snack.0

YES! I've used them too..I took a month break and bought my second bottle for the last few lbs.
The biggest help is the energy boost, I don't drink coffee or caffene, so talking OEP in the morning helps me to power through my workouts0 -

I take them if it's an early morning workout or if I am just tired and not feeling like getting up to do anything. Great boost of energy0

My buddy owns a supplement store, I've had the pleasure of trying many products, pre workout and diet pills included. Many of them contain caffeine, EGCG and B vits. Nothing special really. I'd rather do an EC stack if I need the kick in the butt.0

Whats the EC?0
