I have the same problem because I work night shifts From 7pm to 7am. I usually wake up around 2pm and then do it all over again. I just track it in 24 hour increments. It turns out the same way.

Well the Splenda isn't too bad. It's 0 calories. But maybe try Stevia. Also 0 calories and its more natural supposedly. Also they make lighter versions of flavored creamer. Coffeemate makes sugar free versions of vanilla and hazelnut which are lower calorie. Just make sure you measure how much you're using and count it in…

treadmill at a 15% incline at 4.8 miles an hour for one hour is approximately 1000 calories. then just do random activities at the gym until you get the other 1000.

Same here! My original date was supposed to be in August of 2012 but its getting moved back. Regardless, I'm determined to look as good as possible when it happens! Thats like 80% of my current reason for losing weight.

I do a weekly weight loss competition and yesterday when I went to weigh in someone said "its not fair that you're competing, you're thin already". For the record I've lost 74 pounds total :)

Yea, resisting some foods and drinks were super hard. You kind of get used to it after awhile. Don't get me wrong, I still want to get a big plate of nachos and a coke and chill in front of the TV, but after working out and dieting consistently you also tend to build up self control. Good luck!!
