the only time i had to go for a walk it was pouring.. so i did an hour on the exercise bike instead and boy is my *kitten* feeling it! ouch! lol will do my mini challenges when this damn smurf movie finishes and i can put the kids to bed.

Just did a monster 2 hour and 13 min walk with my little puppy! We're both knackered but glad we did it! will report back once i've done my mini weekly challenges.. i have a feeling it wont be for a few hours.. my legs hurt! hahaha
