i would suggest eating only your recommended amount of cals a day for example if you should be eating 1200 cals a day stick to that UNLESS you have earnt extra cals and are actually hungry.. if you're not hungry dont eat the extra cals.. if you are hungry eat them but make sure theyre healthy ones. I have some chocolate nestle melts in my cupboard that i usually use for cooking (making cakes cookies etc) BUT since ive started eating right again i find that if im having a sweet sweet craving i pop one of the buds in my mouth and suck on it and it makes the craving go away. Plus its only about 25 cals
