I put the veg and a can of condensed 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup into a slow cooker with a little bit of water and cooked on high for 4 hours.. for the last half hour i took the lid off and added a bit of cornflour dissolved in water to thicken... its yummy!

can of 98% fat free condensed cream of mushroom soup with zucchini, sweet potato, cauli, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms and beans, diced and sliced. Chuck all in the slow cooker and cook for 4 hours... towards the end take the lid off and add some cornflour to thicken. as a side dish only 104 cals. Its delicious :)

hey guys sorry i havent been posting everyday.. im running out of my months quota of the net... have been continuing my hourly walks each day but no minin challenges yet... today is a rest day for me but my legs are finally starting to feel better!

i havent rested though... today is the first day ive done nothing... i've not exercised purposely during the week but the job i started this week is VERY physical... so i havent actually rested.

i found a site saying that sanding a floor for an hour burns 306 calories.. and i pretty much did the same thing except it was metal.. so i'll use that

i wouldnt cut it out completely unless you're never gonna eat it again... otherwise if you cut it out til you've lost the weight the start eating it again it will all pile on... maybe just cut down a bit... i know i have and i love love bread.. but i find myself saying no to it a lot more than saying yes these days
