I think each level is supposed to present some amount of difficulty. I completed it sometime back...there were days when I barely made it through and would repeat that day's challenge before moving to the next level though.

You can do it! Started near to where you are about 4 months ago (213 lbs) and I've made decent progress so far. Good luck :)

Around the 10 lb mark is when I usually start getting the "are you losing weight?" questions. I guess that's where it starts to become noticeable for me.
