Same seriously! I haven't been consistently active in FOREVER! I lost 106 from 2011-2013 & then had 2 kids and some of the weight has crept back. So go you!!! I'm glad you are back!

I have some awesome pants that are polyester/spandex from when I was a 28...now I'm a 22....and pregnant, so they are sooooo comfy!! I did break down and buy some jeans...but the tops aren't fabric anymore...it's like spanx! So they work...but are a bit snug. I'm 13w6d.

Up your calories. Just experiment with it. Up them for a week or two and see what happens. Just make good calories choices. Don't just allow a binge. Yes, flab does appear to separate and sag away from the muscle. I dont know the science behind it...but I have seen it first hand...and this is typical with big weight loss!! Congrats on this "symptom"!!
