Going to the gym and starting with some cardio 30min running followed by some weight training, mainly glutes and abs :)

Spot on. It depends on the person. if I eat more, I gain weight. My best friend on the other hand, would have her metabolism drop as soon as she did it for more than 2 days! It really depends on the person..

did u put that up just to have a go at people? Sorry if ur not, but since this is ur first post, and u have only one day of foods that add up to ~500 kcal, it just seems a bit like a trolling post.

Hmm..I read somewhere that it's dangerous to exercise on a hangover? Not sure if it's true or not, I'm sure a walk is fine but anything that gets your heart rate too high might not be the smartest thing.

The thing is I'm moving in a month so I don't want to buy any weights, since I won't be able to take them with me, is there something I could substitute the weights with? Something I can find at home or that isn't super expensive?

If it's warm and the dress is long enough, don't wear leggings. If you feel uncomfortable and want to cover up a bit I'd say go for a basic color like black. Since ur dress is beige and your boots are brown, I'd really just go with see-through stockings if it's a bit colder

I bike to work and back 8km every day (takes about 30min). I don't log it, but it's only because I consider it sort of an "bonus", and not logging it gives me more motivation to work out. Just like I try to walk everywhere, even my friends house and she lives 5km away from me, but I don't log that either :) Ofc it IS sort…

This is my all time favorite for when I have a sweet tooth, delicious and satisfying. All you do is pop some seedless green grapes in the freezer, leave them there for a couple of hours, and voilá! You can do the same thing with any berries etc. They just melt in your mouth! Another one for when I really need something…

So I'm thinking u mean fit with curves vs more of an "model" figure. J.Lo, most def. I would rather weigh a little bit more and have butt, than loose all my curves. (Happened to me once, visible ab muscles were not worth loosing my butt. So now I'm training to get it bigger!) :)

Squats, lunges, leg pulleys, anything that targets the glutes, but with added weight, and she said she added a little more weight every single time and ate a lot of protein

Oh no that's no good :( 2h is a great workout, That's usually how I do it too, running, weights and a fitness class, but just make sure ur body is used to it and isn't pushing too hard :( I hope you feel better soon!!

I think it depends on how much u weigh! It used to take me 30min to burn 500kcal no problems, but now that I lost weight I have to work harder and longer for the same burns! :)

I decided! I'm getting the 'Leighton' Blue & White Boatneck Batik Dress, (doesn't show off too much, and is something I can wear during summer as well!) with silver heels, silver clutch and a big chunky silver necklace and a nice tan. Now hopefully I won't change my mind again :P :D Thanks for the help guys!!

Yeah, I was looking for something in a nude tone. I adore the nude Herves Leger adobe v neck dress, but it's so out of my price range lol and buying nude online can be tricky as they sometimes appear different in pictures, and when u get it home it looks more like pink :)
