Thank you so very very much! I love how positive and supportive everyone is on this site, total strangers that are kind to each other. I wouldn't be surprised if this was the only site in the world like that with all the cyber bullying going around!

Thank you! I'm going to update it every day, especially this first month with the detox and all :) If anyone else out there has any cool blogs, I would love to see them!!!

WOAH! Never expected this many replies!!! I will be coming back and reading through this when I need motivation for working out. Knowing other people are working as hard or harder makes me feel like I can do even more! THANK YOU!! Ps. After reading this I decided to add another 30min to my workouts per day, changing it up…

Do u actually burn calories standing on it??
-
Nooooo don't think that! People that are into fitness know how important it is for your body, and they would respect you for working out, not laugh at you. In my gym there are people of all sizes working out, and no one looks funny at anyone. You go to the gym with a goal in mind, you work on yourself, give it all you have…

I highly recommend SUUNTO (www.suunto.com) I've had mine for 2 years now and it's still in absolute excellent condition, and what I like most about it is it's got a much nicer design than the other once on the market right now, it's got a very sleek and modern look. And it has this great "personal trainer" feature. Check…

Iused my HRM as an exercise could vary between 50-100 kcal depending on how much energy I had. (Didn't want to estimate my burn too high) so it usually went between 190-250 (~290 if I pushed hard). And then just logged it under 30DS :)
-
Oh awesome! That totally got me motivated to start! Thanks!!
-
30DS has a lot of jumping to get the heartrate up but on level 3 she uses a move, I think it's called the mountain climber(?anyone?), I've substituted the "cardio" part with that because I have roommates and don't want to disturb them :)

30DS! :)

Have you tried making a shopping list for him, or will he then not buy you what's on the list?

Look, my boyfriend is the same way. He doesn't understand how unhealthy some foods are, and just think I'm being silly at times when I tell him no. It sucks he doesn't understand ur situation, but u can't blame him entirely (unless he forces the food down your throat) My boyfriend does the 'main' shopping too, but every…

it's just synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures :) The pace is a bit quicker than the basic yoga I've done. But the results are a lot quicker too!

Ashtanga was very difficult for me, but I'm not very flexible so it didn't come as a big surprise :) It is a great workout though!
-
I'd love to help motivate you! But only if you help me too! :P :D
-
Lol hahaha I'm such an idiot.

Sorry guys, just woke up and only realized what I wrote after a cup of coffee. I meant Iced Green Tea!

I zigzag (call it calorie cycling) on purpose ;) Keeps the metabolism high! :)

If I eat over my calorie limits one day, I take it off from the next day. No doubt. There is one thing to eat a lot of crap day 1 and then starve yourself for the next two days, but if I'm a bit over my calories I eat a bit leaner, exercise a bit more. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it.
