Bloated. Gassy. Digestive system just not feeling great. I wasn't sure if there was a type of tea that could help soothe bloat/gas.

I'm not! That's what's weird! And I've had other protein powders/shakes and have not had issues! Maybe it was just a fluke. I'll try again tomorrow and if I'm miserable again, I know it's the protein...LOL!

5'6". I use a heart rate monitor when I work out...that's where I'm getting my calories burned. I estimated the scrambled eggs. For the brown rice, I measured it with a 1/2 cup measuring cup. Yeah, last Saturday was a bust :s

Sure, I can do that. Unlocking now. Oh gosh, the last time I weighed myself was probably 4ish weeks ago. One of my biggest issues is staying consistent with my diet.

Brian -- I have the Garmin Forerunner 110. I guess my concern is, when I'm doing an exercise other than running (cardio, weight training), I wonder how accurate it really is...
