  • What time is your lunchbreak at work? Surely not 10.30? I would attempt to change your mealtimes. I get up at 6.30, but don't at my breakfast til 8.30. I then have lunch about 12.30-1, a coffee or snack mid afternoon then a big meal at about 8.30pm!

In fact how can they have bad lifestyle choices with all the training marathon running requires. There are sometimes other reasons for obesity than poor nutrition and lifestyle choices.

  • I am a little heavier than you at about 90kg, I aim to lose 1lb a week as I find 2lb too restrictive. I literally lose 1lb a week, maybe slightly more. My ratio is similar to the recommended food pyramid, plenty of healthy carbs and then lean protein and very minimal fats!
  • There is absolutely no need to ever wear multiple sports bras! Brands like Freya, Elomi and Shock absorber all go really big! I am in a HH cup and I would never need to wear 2 together. Go to a shop for bigger bras, try one on and have a good jump about, I am the correct size in Shock Absorber and they go NOWHERE!!
