Help! 5"2 medium-large framed

I'm 25 years old and 5'2" with a medium-large frame - currently sitting at 83.3kg (183lb)
Anyone same (or similar) I'm interested to know how many calories you aim to eat, exercise and your ideal ratio of fats/carbs/protein, during weight loss more than anything. And what do/did you average losing a week/fortnight/month?
I know everyone is different, but I'd just like to get an idea of people with similar builds. See if I'm eating too many or too little, and exercising enough or not.
Thanks

I am a little heavier than you at about 90kg, I aim to lose 1lb a week as I find 2lb too restrictive. I literally lose 1lb a week, maybe slightly more. My ratio is similar to the recommended food pyramid, plenty of healthy carbs and then lean protein and very minimal fats!0

I'm 5'2" and probably a smaller frame. I am at 160. During the month of July, I had my calories set at 1270 a day. I was probably eating closer to 1400-1600 a day. I lost four pounds that month. Then, in August, I hit the wall. I was so tired and hungry that I fell off the wagon and stopped counting calories. I gained 2 pounds back. Then, I had some changes in medication, and I dropped a couple pounds while doing nothing. My body is so fickle.
I'm working out again, but I'm not counting calories. I counted long enough to know roughly what I'm eating.
I think you should experiment with your food. Just log everything how you would normally eat for a couple weeks. Then, try to reduce a couple hundred calories and try to work out a few times a week and see how your body responds.
The recommended calories on here are simply way too low for me. I'd rather be fat than hungry. I know that will power is a huge component to weight loss, but when I'm hungry, I'm an angry beast and I become a person that I don't want to be. I don't need to be super full either. There's a level of satisfied that I'm trying to reach. It's somewhere between hungry and full.0
