I have realized I am much stronger than I thought and have ALOT of perseverance!!! I have been "stuck" for 10 months and have continued to eat within my cals, exercise 5 days a week, and NOT quit!

Oh gosh I feel your pain...I suffered with it for years! ...and tried EVERYTHING!! Unfortunately nothing helped it , until I got Cortizone shots in each heel. Ouch! I hope that with help early on you will get relief quickly! Do lots of stretching, icing, really good shoes. I rode bike and did elliptical and swimming when…
