I have 2 digital scales...both gave me several different numbers each time I stepped on them..up to 4 pounds difference !!! very frustrating. I don't compare the 2 scales..I bought the second one because the first one wouldn't give me consistent numbers , so bought another and it does the same thing.

You should never eat below your BMR # , That is what you need just to live. Eating at your TDEE # is to maintain and very good to reset your metabolism if you have eaten at a very low cal diet. It is recommended to only cut 10 to 20% from your TDEE # to lose weight. There is a group here EM2WL (eat more 2 weigh less )…

Find out your TDEE number with one of the many calculators online (this number is what you need to maintain) then also find out your BMR number never eat below that. It is usually suggested to cut no more than 20% from your TDEE number to lose fat but still keep muscle and not mess with your metabolism.

For sure add weight training...heavy and slow..like a Chalean Extreme program you will probably see amazing results! Forget the number on the scale for sure, just add muscle...you may need to eat more though if your doing weight training.
