Its a good thing, it means your body is becoming very efficient at cooling itself. I used to hardly sweat ,just got red faced...now I sweat buckets ....and still get red faced,lol

I suffered terribly for so long with PF....Did all the things that the Doctors recommended , in the end I got Cortizone shots in both feet and have been great since! Wish you all the best!
