I just discovered salt and vinegar almonds. I LOVE salt and vinegar chips, so these nuts work wonders for me! They taste just like the chips but are better for me. I eat half a serving a day (14 of them) and it's 85 calories.

Day 9 is done. I get angry every time I see that girl cheat. :explode: I wonder why they didn't edit that out. Probably just to drive people like us insane and give us something else to think about instead of how hard it is :laugh:

Kristyn, that is some major dedication concidering the amount of sleep that you got. Way to go! I finished L1D4 this evening. I agree with some of the opinions on here, my first thoughts were low testosterone and depression. I also wonder if it has something to do with feeling pressured. Some men don't like that feeling and he may be building up resentment over it.

Day 3 done. This is kicking my butt. And the scale said that I gained a pound this morning. :angry: If it wasn't for this group I wouldn't have done the workout tonight. I had a killer headache and thought up every excuse possible to get out of it. But I knew I had to stick with it with the rest of you guys. :smile:

Just finished day 2. I didn't have weights yesterday, today my husband got me five pound ones. I was ok until the arm raises towards the end. For some reason I had the hardest time and after about four times I could hardly raise my arms with those stupid weights at all (forget about getting to eye level). :sad:

I would suggest work out videos that are under an hour long. You really don't need a gym to shed weight.

I actually used to go to a resturant like this in Savannah GA when we lived in that area. It was fantastic.
