Help with Calorie Intake for Insanity -- which is correct?
I'm trying to figure out which calorie total to go with for my food intake while doing the Insanity program (today is day 3). Previously I was eating 1390 and doing light excercise. When I started Insanity 38 days ago, I went from eating around 1200 calories a day to 1750. About two weeks ago, I upped my calories to 15% below my TDEE, so I've been eating at 2025. Headaches and Migraines
Does anyone have frequent severe headaches or migraines? How do you manage to work out through them? I've had ongoing severe headaches and migraines for a month straight now. My doc has done a CT (normal results) and has me trying different medications that haven't helped so far. I've missed four work outs this week alone…

Sugar Substitute?
Does anyone have any suggestions for a good tasting sugar substitute? I only use sugar in my coffee and hot tea, and I strongly dislike the taste of splenda. I'm looking for something that tastes as close as possible to sugar and doesn't have a weird aftertaste.

Newbie who's confused...
Ok, I keep reading about eating back the calories you burn during excercise. This has me confused. If I meet my calorie intake of 1250 for the day, and then burn 250 during a workout, why would I eat the calories back? Isn't creating a calorie deficit a good thing? Someone help me understand this please.
