What is your BMR? You shouldn't eat below the calories it takes for your body to function. I would use this equation to figure out your BMR: 655 +(4.35 x weight)+(4.7 x height)-(4.7 x age) . ^^Agreed. I told my husband it was interesting how he was dancing around like that and still singing perfectly. I mean, I know they perform like that for their concerts, but I didn't hear one bit of heavy breathing and he was seriously busting some moves.

I know you said that your only option is to wake up early, but is there no way you could fit it in at night? I used to do the 4am workouts, and they killed me. I found that even if I'm up late at night, I still feel better being able to sleep in an extra hour in the mornings.

Hi! My son is 14 months old and I've lost the baby weight, but I still need to lose the weight I had put on pre-pregnancy. I struggle with sticking to working out and am also looking for friends in the same boat.

Any of you working moms can add me as well if you'd like to! I'm mom to a 14 month old boy and work 40 hours a week. I usually work out around 7 after my son goes to bed.

Thank you guys, there are some great ideas here. I'm going to look into the things that were suggested. My doc did say that if the meds don't work, she's going to put in a consult to neurology, so maybe they will be able to find out what's going on.

Wow, this really peaks my interest! I might have to try that one day. I usually have a flavored oatmeal (I like better oats strawberry or blueberry muffin) and put in dried cherries after I cook it. I found some awesome ones from Travers Bay on Amazon and they are so delish!
