I have the same problem. The one thing that helped me was the custom inserts that my podiatrist made for me. I also have heard that icing the foot can help, but I haven't tried this.

I do this myself. The only edamame we have around here are still in the pods. So, I boil them, remove the pods, and roast them in the oven with whatever seasoning sounds good at the time (salt & pepper, lemon pepper, garlic, etc.)

I love chicken breast. I like it with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and a little bit of cayenne pepper. I try not to add a lot of salt, but a little bit goes a long way. I usually serve this with brown rice and some broccoli.
