For me it is first impressions. Mine has been a God send. I think maybe meeting outside the gym so you can interview each other??? I guess I was lucky when I found mine! Good luck

I try to eat something high in protein... protein shake is my usual go to! If I don't have that I will eat a banana and then some greek yogurt... hope that helps!

When I started this journey of weight loss I was hungry all the time too... I way upped my protein...Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, protein shake etc... hope this helps

While on vacation my daughter and I did bikram 3 times...it was a very interesting experience and I actually liked it. It was very hot and overwhelming at first...if you have the option get a spot near the door or a window..our instructor opened the door several times to bring the temp down... so you get the first feel…

More cardio? Increase protein? Not an expert but I have been successful with doing cardio before breakfast and then a good sized breakfast. Cut down on sodium?

Me Too! I weighed in with my trainer on Monday. I am just under 200...199...but I will take it! It feels really really good! Congrats! :smile:

But... I have been on the 1200 calorie a day... since April 23. I have lost 11 pounds, many inches and feel super energetic. I workout with my trainer 2 times a week, do cardio 6 days a week on my own (biking and walking) I am not hungry. I eat a lot of protein and low(er) in Carbs... It appears to be working for me.. I am…
