Women sized clothes...silly question...
Okay... I have discarded the big W next to my sizes...of clothes! Yahoo...My question is this: 22W , 20W etc are they all separate sizes? Meaning if I started at 20W and am now in a solid 16 (no W) that means how many sizes I have decreased? 4? 5? I guess I am just curious!

Hi everyone... Because it seems all my "activities" beyond mom stuff use to revolve around food and eating...going out for dinner, meeting for drinks etc etc... I am wondering what you all do with friends that doesn't revolve around food?

Today I weighed in when at my trainer workout! I lost another 4 lbs ....25 since April 23! My only goal when I started was to get under 200...piece of cake (lol, no not really!) I am now shooting for under 190! Woot

I am fairly new to caring about calories...in other words I have only been taking care of myself in a healthy way for about 2 months now... So what calorie counter do you use? 3500 Calories
I have been working out with a trainer for about 2 months...it is really working and I feel great! I have a couple questions tho...and always forget to ask him...
