Need some more info on your diet... Is it high protein, low carb, low fat? Do you carb cycle? Any particular nutrient timing protocols in place? I definitely say you're making the right choice by going for "shredded" vs. losing 15 lbs... especially if you're already fairly lean.

People are probably right, you've been in too large of a deficit for too long. Eat a bit more protein + healthy fats. Some whole carb sources post workout can help with hormone levels too, helping you drop the weight faster.
