I weighed 168 lbs this week. I was looking to lose 2 - 3 lbs. Didn't quite get the exercise in toward these last couple of days. I will drink more water and log my calories. I will not let this get me down. It's just a bump in the road - next week WILL be better.:smile: Have a great weekend everybody!! :flowerforyou:

Hello- Today I did C25K on treadmill at the gym, 4.4 jogging and 3.4 walking for 30 min. , I walked at 3.5 for the last 15 minutes after. Totals: 2.7 miles in 45 min. Calories burned 280.
