Hi I'm 5'6 155 as well. I just returned to mfp and am on about 1250 calories a day but I tend to eat more like 1300-1400. I do runs, yoga and starting body weight strength training. Feel free to add me and I think my diary is open.

During the work week it's honey wheat toast and garden veggie cream cheese and tea about 210 calories without creamer, multigrain cheerios and skim milk, or nutrigrain waffles with light syrup. On the weekend I tend to make omelets with tomatoes, cheese, and onions, light french toast or any of the work week staples. :)

I started at 155 and am now at 138. Looking to go to 133 or so and then reevaluate. :happy:

I have been on MFP since the last week of June this year and I've lost 6 lbs so far. It's been slow going, but everyone is different. :)

Wow! Congratulations! You did awesome! I did the shred for one day then I had to take a break. Good for you for pushing through the pain!

Hi, I'm between 5'6 and 5'7 and I'm starting at 153 lbs. I joined MFP 10 days ago and I'm really enjoying it. My goal weight is 133 or so and I've lost 2 lbs so far. I'm so glad there's a lot of other ladies in the same height range!
