Maybe it's because your throat is getting dry. Do you drink enough before and after exercise? Maybe taking one of those little hand held squeezy bottles with you when you exercise, with some room temp water in. Just a thought

Thank you, i'll have a look. I've always controlled my weight with running. Eat more...run more. Looking at what i eat instead of just the calories i think will make me feel a lot better. Thanks everyone

Definitly, i could never give my Bonnie up. She's part of our family...really shes our first child, shes loved that much. Dont know how people give dogs up. Hopefully with Bonnies help i'll eventually see some weight loss :-)

I feel your pain. I'm ex serving and a wife of a very fit military man. We used to argue about him putting fitness before coming home to spend time with me(sitting on the sofa doing nothing). I kind of thought that as long as i didn't go overboard on calories, that i could eat what i wanted. (even chocolate, my second love) I eat veg or salad with my evening meal and when i'm good and prepare my salad in the evening ready for the next day. When i started my weight was 166lb (11st 12lbs) Lowest it has been 162.4 (11st 8.6lb) This morning 165.6lb (11st 9.6lb)

Just opened up my dairy. I dont tend to keep it up to date 100% but it will give you an idea. I generally do my calorie counting in my head. Thanks
