  • Hello!! 11 weeks tomorrow, also my due date in june but not sure when.... How are you managing your daily input in MFP? did you change your settings (weight, goal weight, etc.)? Im not sure about changing my whole profile, but i really need to start counting my calories since i think im gaining too much weight. any advice?

  • I´m hungry too!!! and I´ve heard lots of people who became hungrier when started Insanity! Maybe its our body asking us for more fuel, don´t you think?. It´s hard to increase those calories and not feel guilty, specially when I have been counting and trying to stick to 1200 calories for the past few months with MFP

  • Mmm...they fit better, but they are not loose. I mean I have seen changes in my body, more toned and lean, but I´m still at 24% fat, and I weigh 136 lbs at 5´2". I have been in a plateau for months, between 141 and 136 lbs.

  • Im a bodyrocker too!! I recently bought a HRM and I've found I burn about 8-9 cals per minute (so in a 12 min wkt that's about 96-108 calories) not couting warm up and cool down. But it's different for every person, im a 5'2" female and 136 lbs, Hope it helps!
