This group has really helped to keep me motivated!! I love it! I wasn't sure I would lose the full ten lbs, I just wanted to use it to keep me going hard! This morning I hit 10.2 lbs lost during this challenge. Very excited! I would love to do this again!!

100 degrees F according to my car on my way to Zumba at 330pm. Whew glad to be in the AC.

Oh thats great! I would rather order something I have to work up to then something I'm bored with. Tried to look it up on youtube but could only find bits and pieces so it's hard to tell how intense a workout acually is. I like that it appears to have workouts that vary from 15 minutes to 45 minutes.

The Subway website actually allows you to "build" your sandwich and see the NI on there. http://www.subway.com/Menu/Product.aspx?CC=USA&LC=ENG&ProductId=1&MenuId=35&MenuTypeId=1 Scroll down and click "calculate yours" on the right under the standard NI. Hope that helps.

Yeah, me too. I guess it just wasn't my time. Something eventually "clicked" and i feel so much different about weight loss now. Anyways, i was fat at my wedding, still loved my dress, had a great time and proudly display my wedding photos for all to see. You will too!

-3.6 lbs!! Very happy with this. For next week i plan to continue doing 4 cardio workouts at least 60 min/day (at least 30min other days) and stay within my calorie goals every day.

I am now doing 2-3 live Zumba classes/week. The other days i will be walking/jogging, or doing Zumba at home. Let's do this!!

I'm in 3x per week. Love zumba! Go to classes when i can make it, either at my work (for free, but limited days/times!!!) or at a local studio which i will be trying out for the first time this wed. I also have the wii game.
