I would love to see some photos too. After 8 years I still have the nasty extra skin and stretchmarks. Both my girls weighed over 9 pounds so that probably didn't help me much. With clothes on it looks okay, but bikinis are definitly out of the question.

We had a bbq with some friends today. GRRR it started well with a veggie burger instead of a beef hamburger, but the chips got me. Looking back I wish I would have just measured them out and ate only those. I picked all day but at least it was fruit for the most part. Looking forward to a better day tomorrow.

I'm glad you're jumping right back in it, Kristy. I had another good day. It seems this challenge has been exactly what I needed. That chocolate hasn't stopped calling me but I certainly don't want to log it and feel like I failed.

Welcome and good luck. When my girls were little I would walk while they rode their bikes. It them becomes hard for mom to keep up with the kids.

Redbox rents some Wii games. We rented a few before we bought them to be sure we liked them. I love Wii Just Dance 2. It's not a fitness game but certainly gives you a good workout and it's super fun.

Day two was a success for me. I went to Cosco and I must admit I was tempted by everthing. I kept control and only bought what I went for--no snacks on the way out even though the ice-cream looked delish. I loved what you had to say also. My girls are an inspiration to me, too. They're 8 and 10 years old and compete in tennis with boys and girls older than them. Hi there! I'm also 5'7. I just started using MFP a week ago. So far I have lost 3 pounds. My start weight was 162 and my goal is 142. I got down to 137 a few years back but couldn't maintain that weight.
