Ugh, I've been struggling :( haven't been to the gym in about two weeks and I've been indulging in ritz and peanut butter waaayyy too much! How do you guys get back into the swing of things? I'm finding it so hard!

oh my goodness we have similar stats!! I started at 256, got down to 215 then over the summer it crept up to 230 =/ now i'm at 202 and desperately trying to get out of the 200's.

What reasons ? Do you burn more calories/fat that way? I don't understand how it would make much of a difference, lol.

you can't spot reduce fat, unfortunately. you need to get rid of the fat that sits ontop of your ab muscles with cardio, then with various ab excercises you can stregthen those muscles for them to be more visible.

i usually walk at 3.5 and run at 5.0 (: i could definitely run a little faster but i'm afraid of burning out too quickly. so for now i'll stick with that! here's a question for you guys~ do you have fancy running shoes? or regular beat-up sneakers?
