I should have mentioned that I had weight loss surgery 6 months ago so i struggle to get my calorie intake anywhere near 1200! i'm having an appointment with my surgeon to discuss this matter next week, actually. =/

it definitely affects WHERE the weight first comes off. for example, a person with a pear body shape will typically slim down on top (chest, arms, stomach) quickly and have a harder time losing the fat from their lower half (butt, thighs, hips, etc).
