just wondeing if anyone could telll of some good core work outs, looking to bulk up but wanna work legs back abs too

This is going to sound kind of ridiculous, but bear with me. My friend turned me onto "slow abs" workout. Basically, you do basic ab exercises (crunches, leg lifts for lower abs, scissor kicks for lower labs, and V sits) but go as slow as you possibly can. You do about 5 reps of each of those exercises in each set you do, just go AS SLOW AS YOU CAN. The number of sets is up to you.0

Exercises with the barbell or dumbbells will work your core among other things. Squats and deadlifts in particular.0
