You've got to want it.

I was 177 pounds and a size 14 and did something that changed my life. I made a decision to get up off my hiney, eat right, exercise, and get healthy no matter what. I decided that nothing would stand in the way of my goal of looking stinkin' amazing.
- I've exercised at 4 in the morning.
- I brought it doing P90X in the dead of winter, with no heat; clothed with multiple pairs of socks, layers of shirts, long underwear, a bathrobe, hat, gloves, and a scarf.
- I got my Turbo FIre on in the 100+ Texas summer, soaking through what little clothing I was wearing.
- I challenged a student during Field Day and completed the 800...finishing dead last...but I finished.
- I try to "get in a run" as often as possible.
- I've exercised for over 280 days straight.
- This past week I bought new jeans. Size 8 jeans. I haven't been an 8 since before my son was born. 9 years ago.
- In 2012 I plan do "Warrior Dash" and "Run for Your Lives". Then I'll be ready to do Tough Mudder in 2013.
You've got to want it. The question is how bad and what will you be willing to do to for it?

This is what I want to accomplish most. Being able to say I've worked out for so many days straight. I started today. Let's see how long I can go.
