Ok, 1230pm and I'm eating my lunch... Don't judge, I know it's a horrible lunch!! Lean Pocket and 36 Reduced Fat Cheese Nips... LOL.. I have 41 pretzel sticks for a snack later before dinner... Don't know what to have for dinner yet...

Well hear I am at 930am, about 3 hours after my breakfast. I'm not hungry, just craving something sweet... Like a bakery donut... lol... *Sigh*

I'm not convinced that it's emotional eating... Maybe it is... Why do I eat? I'm going to focus on only eating when I'm truly hungry. Sometimes I just eat because something looks good and I know it's gonna taste sooo good! Like a donut or cookie or cake... I know I eat when I'm bored... I don't think that's "emotional"…

Parmesan Crusted Fish with Vegetables and Pasta!!! It's so yummy, but hard to find... I don't typically eat LC but I do like to have one or two in my freezer just in case. And if I ever see the Parmesan Fish, I buy 2!

2 cans chicken drained 2 cans black beans drained 1 can rotel drained 1 package fajita seasoning Heat together in large pot on stovetop. Serve on whole wheat tortillas with lettuce, tomato, cheese, fat free sour cream, etc...

Im also 5'0 my goal wieght for now is 130. I started at 170, now Im 155! If I get to 130 easily enough then I'll for sure set a new goal! Im new here to MFP and this is my first post so add me!
