Staying Full after Breakfast
Today I had 2 hard boiled eggs with 1/2 tbs of churn gold and 1 piece of wheat toast with 1/2tbs of peanut butter. Hoping to stay full until lunchtime... hope this works.

To lose 1lb per week, all you need to do is create a 500 calorie deficit per day... Correct? My TDEE is 2117. Not including my workouts.
