Anyone eat beans as a part of their diet? Any recipes/ideas/seasoning... just eat em outta the can?

They make a great addition to salads. We prefer to skip the can, and start with dried beans; they really aren't any trouble to cook and taste so much better.0

I use to eat refried beans all the time.
Now, I make my own but I pop pinto beans in the slow cooker.
1 cup pinto beans.
6 cups water.
2 jalepenos
1 tbsp cumin
Spices of choice.
After 6 hours, I take a potato masher and mash it. Voila.
Thennnn, I pour in tapatio.
