Going to be in Key largo on first vacation in 8 years so I will be relaxing for Thanksgiving lol. haven't even thought about food except for lots of fresh fish and seafood while I am there.

No change here from last week unfortunately. 166. Driving me up the wall! Going up and down 3 lbs for the past couple of weeks. It just needs to stop and go away!

Net cals are the total calories minus calories burned through exercise, I think. You can look on your goal tab and it should explain it to you there.

I just finished L2D7 today of 30DS and I skip weekends sometimes. I don't think it really hurts especially since you also run. It just takes a little longer than the 30 days straight is all.

It shouldn't. Though if you start exercising your weight might go up a little due to developing muscle tone.

Fro what I just read it is mainly for walking, running, cycling. Not sure how accurate it would be compared to having your own personal HRM to record your own HR

The pavement is a very good possibility for the pain. It's a surface that it doesn't sound like you have been used to walking on. combined with the shoes, etc.

I have her Yoga Meltdown and the 6 Week Ab workout. The yoga one is tough! I started the 6 week ab this morning and I really like it. I'm just finished L2D6 today for the 30DS. Others say the Ripped in 30 is pretty good too.
