L2D2 complete! I am sore this time aroundin my glutes and my abs. I wasn't sore during level one. I've never been a size 4! I'm 5'6" and at my lightest 111 lbs. I was still in a size 6! But then that's been ummm 25 yrs ago! Sizes are different now I think lol.

Keep the PDA's to a minimum. Used to get so mad at my mom when she would get upset at me and my boyfriend about walking together with our arms around each other. Now I see kids do it and I think it looks awful and tell my kids not to do it. Another thing is kissing. small pecks are okay but not tongue action in public!

I've always drank water but I have gotten to the point now that I don't want anything BUT water. though I do still like my alcohol on occasion lol. I have gotten to where I do drink my 8 glasses and then some now. I am very proud of myself and of everyone else who is trying to get there! You can do it!

Lots of chicken and fish. Those are meats that can be prepared lots of different ways and paired with lots of veggies. If you like fish, I reccomend trying the Swai. It is available at Walmart in the frozen foods area. Grill it, broil it, pan fry it whatever. It is a white fillet with a mild flavor. My boys love it!
