Count me in! I bought the program several months ago and have yet to use it! So July 30 is the start date right? I am going to a beach house in Savannah GA in sept. with some high school girlfriends and I want to look a whole lot better than I do right now by then!

44 in Sept. here. found this website just over one year ago. Lost 25 lbs. holidays rolled around last fall and got out of exercising. Gained 20 lbs back. now I am back on the exercise wagon and it feels great! I love my 40s!

Did just a little research on those products, the Relora and the Forskolin looks like they might actually be worthwhile and with few or no side effects from what I could see. But then that is just the conclusion that I came to. Not an expert!

I am employed by the tax assessors office as a field appraiser in the county where I live. I just acquired a new horse so he has been getting used to my place. Tomorrow he gets moved over to his final stop for a while so he can get used to my other 2 yr old before I put them in the same pasture together. So I guess a goal for this week is just to groom him and continue to get him used to me and my routine.

I haven't actually been running that long but I am proud of what I have accomplished in the prob. 2 mos that I have been doing it. I did discover that I can now run 3 miles in just over 30 min. without stopping to walk. that was a huge accomplilshment. I go at my own pace and don't worry about what other people think. I…

I had my first one at 23, second at 25 and the twins at 35. I had more energy for the first two, but much more patience for the second two. But now that I have lost weight and get more sleep, eat better etc. I have almost as much energy now as I did when my girls were born.
