Have you made any serious efforts to "really" get to know the kids? Maybe they feel threatened by you being there. Just an idea.

No change. I guess that is what happens when you don't get in quite the same cardio. Plus not eating breakfast I think has a little to do with it too. Weight 152.2 this week,

Sorry I guess I'm lazy lol when I am on the treadmill I don't use an incline and walk at 3.5 run at 4.5 all the way up to 6. Just depends on how I feel. I try to do most of my running outside and I really have no way to gauge my speed.

I don't really worry about the music, though it does suck lol. I just like the entire podcast. It has helped me a whole lot.

My twins were born at 32 weeks and I was the same size when they were born as when my other two children where born full term. I have found that when I get good sleep and more sleep at night I am not sluggish in the afternoons and actually feel pretty good.

Part of it could also be water retention. Are you drinking enough water? Sometimes it takes a little while for the water retenion to subside. The more you drink the better you are is what I have been told.

I just started week 5 of my c25k training program. I love it! I haven't gotten to actually complete the full workout due to time limitations but I am up to 8 min of running and 2 walking.
