Don't worry about missing the weekend for your shred. I don't use it on the weekends and I'm on my second round of it. It actually took me about 45 days to complete the entire dvd but that didn't bother me. So long as I completed it in a reasonable amount of time I was happy. I have her 30 day shred that is a total body workout. I'm on my second round of doing it. The first time I lost about 3 inches in my waist, 2 inches in my thighs, 2 inches maybe in my hips. It is a pretty good workout. I've heard the Ripped in 30 is good too. I also just recently purchased her Killer buns and thighs dvd.…

Finished day three of level one of 30 DS. This is my second round of it. Hopefully it won't take me 45 days to finish this time lol. I plan on taking the weekends off from 30DS and just do other fun activities.

:happy: Day one down yesterday. Have been running now for about a month - not a whole lot - using eliptical and stationary bike. I AM SORE! Having not done lunges and squats for a little over a month is killer! but oh so worth it. Looking forward to day 2 today.

Okay, so I haven't done mine yet. I will be doing it during my lunch break. I use three and five lb weights. Just depends on my activity level prior to working out. bought the Killer buns and thighs dvd so I may do it along with 30 DS. Good luck to everyone!!!!

I will join you. but I will do the 30 DS since that is the dvd that I have. I have taken about a month off and just concentrated on walking/running/elliptical/cycling so it is time to get back to work!

Poor thing! My hubby suffers from that and he has to watch what he eats by avoiding the foods that he knows trigger it. He is a real bear when it is flaring up.
