I break mine up simply because I can't fit it all in during my lunch break. I walk/jog for about 15 min. every morning and then try and do something in the evenings. I do feel more energized when I break it up though.

I've worked in the morning before eveyrone else gets up ummm approximated 3 times! I just can't bring myself to get out of bed. I do my 30 DS during my lunch break everyday and try and fit something into the afternoon/evening once I get home and all of the chores around the place are done. Try to get the kids to walk/ride…

I do it 5 days and rest on weekends because it is hard to fit it in during those days. I walk/jog or ride my bike on those days though.

Crystal Light now makes one using sugar and truvia. It is call Crystal Light PURE. I don't drink that kind of stuff but I did buy the grape flavor and it is actually pretty good!

Sept. 12 Weigh in: Not the greatest weekend for food I am up 2 lbs. to 161.4 this week. Stress eating Golden Oreo double stuff cookies.

Took it about 12 years ago. Wasn't trying to lose weight then but hated some of the side effects (very frustrating sexually, dry mouth) But it worked for the 3 mos. that I took it.

I have a jar of it and I like it. Not quite as good as regular peanut butter but still good!

It's 3:30 here and I am only at 6 cups so far. But I will finish off my 32 oz. bottle before I go home and then drink about 20 more once I get home.

Your shoes could be the problem. I have been reading a little bit about running and the types of shoes etc. I've determined that I am what is called an overpronator. Meaning I walk on the insides of my shoes basically which can cause shin/calf pain. Just thought I would let you in on what I have learned for myself.

I'm 5'6" and my pants size goal is 6-8. I'm in a 12 now and weigh 159. But on a good day I can fit into 11 juniors.
