I wish that I could find a low calorie/low fat or fat free salad dressing that I like. I'm a Thousand Island girl. So far everyone that I have tried tasted horrible!

+3500 calories = 1 pound. So yes, it's possible that you gained 2 pounds, but 2 pounds of fat would be very doubtful! Could just be that the food has not let your system yet though and even more likely that it's partly water weight, especially if your sodium intake was higher than normal.

Ok, so here is the deal. I talked to one of the Dr's that I work with today, he is also a fitness guy/marathon coach. He has put me on 1600-1900 calories a day which as many of you said should get the ball rolling again. I am also planning on more drinking more water. Hopefully I will be able to drink less soda too. I am playing around with my goals, so if y'all see my calories all over the place thats why. I'm trying to decide what to set it at.

I am exercising a few times a week, trying to get to 6 days. I usually eat part of the calories back but I have noticed that my net has been below 1200 a lot.

I had them set on 1200, also on 1380 at one point. I just raised them to 1600, thinking that I should try to up them and see what happens. I'm 230, 5'7" and honestly somewhere in between sedentary and active. Exercise goal is 5-6 days a week.

I had my sodium at 2500, but just dropped in to 2000. My water intake varies from 24 ounces - 2 liters, it's very inconsistent.

How does the fitness test work on the FT7? Is it just the fat burning vs fitness that you guys are talking about or am I missing something that my HRM has?

I burn around 225 calories using my Polar. I'm on level 1. I agree that it seems like it should be more calories, the workout about kills me, but then again it's only 27 minutes. So I think that it's pretty accurate.

Today will be L1 D7 for me. It's still kicking my butt, I do not feel like I am going to be ready for L2 on Sat. It's ALL that I can do to make it through the workout. Hopefully I'll be ready
