I could help out if you still need one more. I'm new to challenges and newish to the MFP site. I'm not sure what would be expected of me but I assume it can't be that hard! :)

This sounds great! Can you squeeze in one more person? :) If not, best of luck to everyone and have fun!

Sounds like fun. I'm going to try to ramp it up early on this week. I'm celebrating Christmas with my family on the 17th and will definitely be over my calorie count! I've packed on 20 pounds in the last 6-8 months and am ready to get rid of it. My goal will be 7 pounds in the two weeks. Starting weight 140.6

I'm excited to weigh in on Monday. I've had a great few days! I'll keep up the hard work over the weekend and resist the temptation to step on the scale until Monday! Hope everyone has a great weekend!

I'm SO in! I love the idea of a little challenge. My current weight is 140 lbs and I'm 5'2". My goal for Christmas is 125 (if I don't get preggo first - that's the big, ultimate goal!!!) If I reach either one, I'll be a happy little elf on Christmas morning!
-
I'd love to join! And with all the Christmas stuff already around, hopefully the challenge will fly by!

I'm finally up for the weekly weigh-ins and goal-setting. I've looked at Pam's for the last few weeks and have been very impressed with hers (I'm going to borrow from you a bit to get me going). I actually put my scale away because I know that I haven't been good with my eating or working out but it's a new day and a new…

Congrats Dexter! I'd be jumping for joy if I got that test result! Woo hoo! Feeling good baby vibes on the November thread already!

I just started (had 2 visits) and love it already. For one, it's super relaxing. She has taught me how to bring breath and energy into my reproductive organs. I have a special fertility diet and supplements that improve the quality of my eggs. She has done more for me physically, mentally and emotionally in two visits than…

I see them everywhere too but I like to think of them more like buddha bellies. If I rub them, maybe I will get good luck. Maybe it's a good sign, baby vibes are surrounding you.

Good ... I hope. We're getting one soon. Should be born today or tomorrow and home with us in 8 weeks.

sdavisneill - The move went well ... thanks! Now starting the prep to paint it top to bottom. I'm not super keen on needles but I thought the acupuncturist was great! I only felt one needle going in and it felt like a mosquito bite. If you would like me to share some of the info on nutrition and supplement recommendations,…

Just came back from the acupuncture treatment ... I loved it! So relaxing and the doctor gave me tonnes of suggestions for a diet that helps fertility and different supplements. Since this was the first treatment, it was pretty basic. They will change every week based on where I'm at in my cycle. Once I get pregnant (it…

I hear you!!! At least the announcements around me have dwindled a bit. But I know 8 babies being born in November (my due date before the miscarriage). I think that will be a tricky month to get through ... unless something sticks before then! :)

Heather - Welcome! I also recently joined this group and love it. It's becoming a bit addictive to see what everyone is up too. Fitterpam - Good for you! Have a great time tonight. AFM, lots of errands today getting ready to take possession of our new house tomorrow and preparing for Canadian Thanksgiving. Booked my…

Woo hoo! Keep us posted!

I had a great weekend ... and a bit of an "ah-ha" moment with my boyfriend. We were at a baby shower totally hogging the gorgeous little girl and being super silly with her. On our way home, we started talking about how much fun we had TTC before the miscarriage. We would laugh and joke and be excited to pee on that darn…

Love that ... sticky baby dust!!!

It does happen to all of us. At least your's was only one day ... my whole August was a right off! Tomorrow is a new day, a better day. I bet the sub, although it had more calories and carbs, was way more nutritious than any McDonald's you could have eaten and better for your body too!
-
I'll be 39 in September! Yikes, I can hardly believe it! I would love new friends and extra support. I'm trying to get preggos and thought I should loss some of my extra weight before it happens.
-
Thanks Ladies! It took me so long to log in all the weights I did and then nothing! I wonder how many calories I burned just typing it all in ... LOL
-
I like it! This will help keep me motivated to run

I love her workouts. They kick you in the butt. She is also very motivational and talks about the struggles all women face. Very down to earth!

I like it! My goal will be 2000 minutes. I'm on holidays ... I have no excuse no to throw in an extra run or two!
