My suggestion is watch you salt and sugar intake. Even though you go over sometimes look at the overage for the week. It might be too high. Which means you need to burn more. Don't up calories just yet. Stay the course and do circuit training to boost heart rate. :smile:

If you are have that much of a problem you should try MiraLax twice a day. I have those problems regularly and my physician suggested I try this. Its mild and I doesn't not cause cramping and it can help you get regular. If when it starts to work cut back to once a day morning/night or every other day.
