I understand the giving giving giving. Everyone wants something and then you finally look at yourself and are like "WTF, who is this person?!". You're doing great so far! I feel like my birthday won't be the destination and final point but just one of my goals. You got this. In 2012 I lost 50lbs on MFP from…

That's doable! Best of luck.

Congrats on your loss so far! Sent you a FR

Thanks. Now to stick with it!

Sure!! I have an 19 month demolition engeneer and a 4 year old princess. I'm sure you can relate.

Feel free to add me. I took a break for weight watchers and I realized that changing a program isn't going to change me. I'm back to MFP and have finally found my motivation. I lost 70lbs in 2012 (I think I still have pics in my profile) but gained everything +15lbs with my recent pregnancy. I went through pretty severe…

What an amazing accomplishment! You look fantastic and happier. I have as much to lose as you did and these pictures and story just gave me the motivation to keep going!

Thanks for posting this! Well done.

I used a fitbit flex from December to April. I found I really didn't do me much good. I was really disappointed in it also. But that being said, I know several people personally who use it and love it. It just didn't work for me. I linked it to MFP and the calorie adjustments were ridiculous. I now just use my polar 7T…

Yep, I had a baby in June of 2013 and I'm 60lbs heavier then I was then. I dropped 60lbs using MFP in 2012 then gained over 80lbs with the pregnancy. Sooooo, that being said, I'm still trying to get my body back. I need to get my butt in gear and lose this weight. I hate feeling this way :( I can relate to the…

Love the bread crumb idea! Do you add seasonings to them as well? I'm going to try this tonight. I usually just put flax in my smoothies and to add a crunch to my yogurt. I also use it as a replacement for butter or fat in baking. Works great.

Drink water... lots of water. Your kidneys and liver will do their jobs and flush your body for you.

Hey! Can you try not giving up any foods, just work on portions? I need something sweet everyday, so I just make sure I have it in my calorie budget. I stopped looking at it like a diet and more like a budget, like a household budget. You can do this. Add me if you want support. I lost 60lbs a few years ago using MFP and…

Great job!! Keep up the fantastic work. Glad you chose to stop hiding behind your hair and see that smile and confidence on your face. Well done.
-
Amazing job! You were beautiful in both pictures but the big difference is now you look happy. Well done.

I don't know you but I'm so insanely proud of you!! Brag.... You deserve it. Well done. Keep rocking it.

Yay! So proud of you. I've been watching your updates. Glad you're feeling better.

I have a 1 y/o (who just started sleeping all night) and 4 y/o who are usually up at 6am. My husband is a fireman and acadamy instructor and is gone a lot. So I have to improvise. It's so hard b/c then there is the housework, cooking, cleaning, paying bills, and finding time to spend together as a family. I'm struggling…

Losing baby weight. Trying hard to get back with the program after having big success a couple of years ago. Slowly getting there while adjusting to life pressures, working full time and trying to maintain some sort of sanity. I love watching peoples journeys and attempt to be as supportive as I can. Anyone can feel free…

a) Yes most definately. I was almost at goal before my last pregnancy and only weighed my meats/nuts/breads. b) I'd have to say no. I haven't weighed my fruit before. I am trying to get a good sense of portion/sizes of foods right now. I'm hoping that I don't have to weigh foods the rest of my life, but before I started to…

I have a polar T4 and until recently used the fitbit flex. I am not a fitbit lover. I am generally very active and it way over estimated my calories burned and the number of steps I took. So I broke up with fitbit. But that being said, I know many many people who absolutely love it so I guess it's different for each…

Well done!! Look at the lonng way you've come!

All the time. And I never tell myself no, I just tell myself I have to eat my snacks, tub of icecream ect in front of a mirror. Very humbling and usually I put it back. Sometimes the calories are worth it sometimes not so much. Every day I want to give up but where the hell has that gotten me so far? Surely not where I…

I'm in a similar boat as you. I had my daughter, went back onto MFP and lost 60lbs and was 40lbs from my goal. Then I got pregnant for my son. Oye, I gained 100lbs with that pregnancy. I'm now 10lbs over my starting weight before. It's been a year, but I don't think I was emotionally or hormonially ready to lose weight…

38! I love my 30's so much more then my 20's. Feel free to add me. I'm quite active and love new and supportive friends!
-
That's pretty much my story. I lost 60lbs in 2012 and was 20lbs from my goal when I got pregnant. I gained back 40lbs and because of horrible PPD, I gained another 30 over the last year. So I'm struggling but I refuse to give up. One foot in front of the other. Being thrown back at the starting point is so disheartening.…

I'm a mom of a 4 y/o and almost 1 y/o. I'm 37 and struggling to lose this weight. I was successful with this program before getting pregnant with my youngest, and now I'm heavier then I've been. I feel like I'm back at the starting point again, but I have to get my butt in gear and do this for me. Feel free to add me. I…
