I used to go to Curves. I loved it and was able to lose weight. It was convenient, easy to stick to and fun. I would do it again if they provided daycare for my toddler.

D4L1 completed today. The workout is much easier now. The first 3 days busted my butt! I'm happy to feel my body getting stronger. Good job everyone.

I'm 5'2" and 37 years old. I felt my healthiest at 115 lb., so my goal is to reach that weight again. Anyone want to be friends? I feel that us short ladies have different challenges because the extra pounds show up much quicker on our frames. Friend me for friendship and support. :wink:

Thanks for starting this thread. I love reading the success stories too. They keep me motivated and are extremely inspiring. I just started MFP so I don't have any before and afters yet. I hope to be able to post my accomplishments on this board in the future!!!

Day 1 complete also. In the past year, my activity has primarily been long walks (3-5 miles with stroller). Today's workout used muscles that haven't been worked in awhile. I just joined MFP and have been hearing a lot about 30DS. I found it on my cable's On Demand and am excited to try the workout tomorrow. I'd love to join this group for motivation and support.
